-Got up at about 11.45am and had a chicken, avocado, mayo, and cheese roll for lunch.
-Ate two chocolate patty cakes that I baked last night.

-Went to Gina’s and had about a quarter of a Hot Chocolate and two pieces of bread with margerine and vegemite.
-Had beef strips with mashed potato and corn for dinner.

-A much smaller bowl of cheddar shapes for a snack later
-3 natural confectionary company raspberry fruit chews
-Will prob have a frozen fruit box before I go to bed
